K.I.C.K. Bootcamp clases are now being held out of Trinity United Church 200 Owensound St., Shelburne (right across from the public library)
Classes run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday Mornings from 6-7 am and every Tuesday and Thursday Evening from 7-8 pm.
You can sign up for sessions at anytime.
