Kelly Gee has enjoyed fitness for as long as she can remember.  Helping people effectively achieve their fitness goals whether one-to-one or in a group setting is Kelly’s true passion in life.  In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and enjoys playing many sports including; ball hockey, broom ball, base ball, snowboarding, wakeboarding, cross country skiing, biking and rollerblading.

Kelly hs received a Recreation and Leisure Diploma from Sir Sandford Flemming College, a Fitness and Nutrition Diploma from ICS Canada, a Personal Training Specialist Certificate from Can-Fit-Pro, MMA Kickboxing Instructor Certificate from Kickboxing Canada and Fitness Instructor for Older Adults Certificate from the Canadian Centre of Activity and Aging.

Kelly has been running K.I.C.K Bootcamp for one year now and has seen numerous participants transform their bodies and reach their fitness goals.  Kelly is also the VON (Victorian Order Of Nurses) SMART (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) Program Coordinator.  With this role she coordinates, trains and mentors volunteers to teach gentle exercise programs to community members 55+ who wish to improve their strength, flexibility and balance regardless of their current ability level.
