Great Results From the 9 week Biggest Loser Challenge

Congratulations to all the K.I.C.K. Bootcamp participants who competed in the Biggest Loser Challenge.  Everyone had amazing results!  In total participants lost 29.79% Body Fat, 104 3/4 Inches and 72 Lbs. 

The winner of the 9 Week Challenge lost 5.5% Body Fat, 13 Inches and 11.6 Lbs.  Second Place winner lost 3.5 % Body Fat, 10 inches and 10.6 Lbs.  The Third Place winner lost 1.2 % Body Fat, 10.5 Inches and 10.2 Lbs.

All Bootcamp participants were asked to nominate an inspiring participant, someone who motivates them.  The contestant with the most votes went to our only pregnant participant.  This participant came religously, twice a week until she was 35 weeks pregnant.  All participants stated that it was very motivating to work hard when they saw a pregnant participant working harder than themselves.  At current time this participant has only gained a minimal amount of weight and states that she feels great.

Winners of the competition won a K.I.C.K. Bootcamp tanktop,  a K.I.C.K. bootcamp sweater and an hour in-home massage with Sam Popovic.

Bootcamp Sessions are currently running Mon, Wed, and Fri morning from 6-7 am on the track across from the Shelburne High School and Tues and Thurs evening from 7-8 pm on the field behind the Shelburne High School.
